This housing has been especially conceived to cut multiple layers of paper without damaging the lower layer, which remains intact, with a clear cut at the head of the roll.<\/p>\n

The particular configuration of the housing of the blade allows working in total accordance with European health and safety rules.<\/p>\n

The device can also have an additional piece, which allows removing the final layers of material from the core of the finished rolls and it is designed to be easily used by both right and left-handed technicians.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”.text-interno-16″]<\/p>\n

How to use it<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For a correct use of the device, a shaped tip must be fixed inside the turns on the side of the roll. This must be performed carefully selecting the height of the material, which must not exceed the allowed cutting amount. Once this parameter is set, start the blade and move the device on one side to perform the cut of the front part of the material.<\/p>\n

It is preferable to do more cuts with a lower amount of material in order to avoid battery overload.<\/p>\n

When the device is employed to clean the expired cores of the rolls, it can be used to tear the major quantity of paper leaving the removal of the last spirals of paper to a special device, included in the supply, to be pushed between the core and the paper to tear the remaining material.<\/p>\n

A backup battery is also available; to guarantee the best possible functioning it is recommended to often switch the battery in use with the recharged backup battery, in order to have the maximum power availability.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text el_class=”.text-interno-16″]<\/p>\n
